# Solid State Gyroscopes

Here's a comparison of current (2006/05/03) obtainable MEMs gyroscopes. [Here's a good resource](http://www.motionnet.com/cgi-bin/search.exe?string=gyroscope) for seeing who's making gyroscopes these days.

## Cheap (Basically Useless)

These gyroscops are good shake sensors, but they're basically unusable for IMUs.

- Tokin Ceramic Gyroscopes: <http://www.tokin.com/> (see their pathetic "datasheet" attached below)
- Murata Ceramic Gyros: <http://www.murata.com/>

## Middling (Probably Useful)
